I’m still on a ginger kick, and I know I’ve mentioned my love of Domaine de Canton Ginger Liqueur at least once on this blog.
I know for sure that I’ve made no secret of my love of bourbon. I’ve found a drink which combines those two things very well: a Far East Manhattan!
INGREDIENTS:
2 fl. oz. Domaine de Canton Ginger Liqueur
3 fl. oz. Woodford Reserve Bourbon
1 fl. oz dry sake
Peychaud’s Bitters
Orange Peel
DIRECTIONS:
Add the liquid ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Add 2 dashes of Peychaud’s bitters, then gently stir (do not shake!) the mixture before straining it into the chilled cocktail glass. Rub the orange peel around the rim of the glass before squeezing the oils into the drink.
Sláinte!
