I’m a born-and-bred Southern girl from the foothills of North Georgia.  I now reside in North Carolina in a 1993 home modeled after the Maison Olivier Plantation in Evangeline State Park, Louisiana.  I have called this my home for the past 12 years.  I’m passionate about true Southern Hospitality, and I strive to make my home comfortable and welcoming for myself as well as visitors.  However, Mr. Childfree Chic and I are childless by choice, and our home reflects that both inside and out.  Creating a kid-friendly home is not my primary concern.

In addition to decorating our home, I love photography, cooking and traveling when I’m not managing our technology consulting business.  I’ve had my own company for over 8 years and can’t dream of doing anything else.  Between maintaining a beautiful home and working, I’m a very busy but very happy lady!
